Responsible for bidding/tendering jobs for all the EPC contractors(Hyundai, Doosan, L & T,SNC Lavlin, Tecnicas Reunidas, Hitachi,Samsung Enginering, Saipem, Daelim etc ) having a project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Prepare material take-off based on electrical design / drawings.
• Review and study technical specification prior to offering electrical materials needed for the project.
• Prepare costing and estimation of electrical materials based on the request for quotation Bill of Materials of Electrical Equipments.
• Prepares Quality/Technical Documents/deliverables such as Vendor Data Book, Final Disposition Reports, Inspection Test Plan, Spare parts Data Package, Shop Certificates, etc including all the necessary Non-Materials Requirements for the Customer.
• Conducts material inventory and quality (visual) inspection before delivery to the Customer.
• Assure that all materials offered to the contractors and users are in accordance to customer requirements and specifications.
• Acknowledge and process customer’s Purchase Orders (POs) of Electrical Materials and Equipments either from commercial or industrial contractors (Hyundai, SNC-Lavalin, Doosan, Technip, Whessoe, Samsung, Mitsubishi, Snamprogetti, etc.).
• Process Purchase Orders to Sales Order to Back Order and prepares Packing List, Delivery Notes and Commercial.
• Handles Customer’s Technical issues and complaints.
• Safe keeping of all documents for easy retrieval.
